Purpose and Legitimation of Data Processing

Only after you give your explicit consent (for example, by accepting an initial consultation or hiring a specific lawyer's services), the full information of your case, including your personal identification data, will be shared with the law firm you have selected. Once the lawyer-client relationship is established, this information is protected by professional confidentiality and the duty of confidentiality that governs the legal profession in accordance with Spanish law. The basis for this processing is your explicit consent.
  • Communications: To send you communications related to the service. The basis is our legitimate interest and, where applicable, your consent for commercial communications.

Data Recipients

In order to provide the service, the data of your case will be shared in full (including personal identification information and legal details) exclusively with the law firms or legal professionals you select and for which you have given express consent. We remind you that these professionals are subject to the strictest obligation of professional confidentiality, in accordance with the law and their own ethical codes. No international data transfers will be made without your prior information and consent.

Nature of Intermediation and Professional Confidentiality

Once the User agrees to work with a specific lawyer and the lawyer accepts the case, the relationship is established directly between them, governed by their own legal services contract and protected by professional confidentiality (lawyer-client privilege).
  • The truthfulness, accuracy, or updating of data and information entered by Users on the platform.
  • Failures or interruptions in service due to force majeure or internet network failures.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply, with the parties submitting to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid city, Spain.
